Aarti believes in reflection, understanding and accepting one's circumstances as a way to personal growth and development and that continuous self - observation through awareness is the true path of yoga.She first encountered yoga in 2010, when she was looking for something that would keep her fit and healthy.
She later realised that ''yoga'' goes beyond the physical asanas and started to dig more deeper into the meaning of this popular word.
Aarti had studied and practised yoga under various teacher's. She completed her bachelor and master's in yogic science and human excellence. She is an advanced yoga practionner and holding the experience of ten years of learning and teaching yoga.
Aarti influenced her practice by showing how yoga can powerfully align the physical,mental and intuitive self.
The year she completed her studies in yoga she started teaching in the same year in various parts of India and overseas as well.
Aarti classes are fun and flowing whilst centered around mindfulness, awareness, breathing and nurturing the body and mind. Her classes are known for her powerful and creative sequences.
